Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Items must be returned within 30 days

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

   

  How to Start a Return
  Contact us at joeria.goodman@wamallah.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 48 hours.

  Refunds
  Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  Damaged Items
  If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
